Private Training Sessions are available by appointment and are the perfect way to personalize your workouts. A STOTT PILATES™ Instructor will tailor your sessions based on your individual needs and abilities to help you achieve and maintain your goals. The modifications and variations for each exercise make STOTT PILATES™ a safe and effective workout for everyone from elite athletes to post-rehab clients recovering from injuries. 

PRENATAL

Classes scheduled as needed, currently Sundays @ 8am.

Exercise is the key to a feel-good pregnancy. Reformer based exercises modified for the expectant moms to help minimize discomfort, maximize mobility and prevent injury. (Physician’s approval required)
