PILATES

Created by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900's, pilates is a unique form of exercise designed to bring balance to the body. With a focus on lengthening and strengthening muscles balanced development of the body occurs.

Although Pilates has many wonderful attributes, it can be fun to mix in something different!  Still maintaining the basic principles of Pilates, private training can include spinning, boxing, Kettle Bells, TRX and more!
