Our Group reformer classes are a fun, challenging and economical way of maintaining your pilates practice. Do pilates everyday if you want—we recommended at least 2-3 times a week for optimal results. We have a variety of group reformer classes:

 

Whether you play a sport or not, this class will you sharpen agility, boost strength and endurance, and prevent injury.

Develop long lean muscles for the arms and legs, focus on torso stability, and core strength.

 

This is not just the booty! All rounded work-out with a bit more emphasis on those trouble posterior parts: arms, mid-back, waist, booty, & thighs!

 

Are you ready to take your pilates practice to the next level? This quick-paced class incorporates pilates exercises that require an advanced level of strength, coordination and endurance.
